Material: Can be used for industrial material storage (cement, clinker, gypsum powder, limestone, etc.). When used for grain storage, suggest using outside stiffener type, prevent grain accumulating on wall.

Structure specs: Silo panel type is flat panel + circular beam shaped by 5 layers folded edge, with inside or outside stiffener.

Body panel thickness: 2.0mm~5.0mm

Introduction

The protruding undercut thickness of spiral silo is 5 times of the original steel plate thickness, which strengthens the structure and the bearing capacity of the silo. The structure of silo body is integrated without any holes, bolts and screws, so it has good air tightness. In addition, the use of galvanized steel plates make the silo has good corrosion resistance performance and long service life. Due to the use of special equipment for spiral silo bending and seam biting, the quality of any part of the silo can be ensured.

Equipment Positioning

The equipment is positioned according to the diameter of the silo body

Rolling

After positioning, rolling silo body to about 2m height.

Install the silo roof

Use the plasma cutter to cut the silo roof horizontal line and install the silo roof.

Lifting of the silo

Lifting silo body to designed height.

Rooting the Silo

Pull out the rolling equipment. Connect the silo body with pre-embedded parts.

Install Catwalk and Auxiliary Equipment

It is installed in the form chosen by the user
